/02 RESEARCH: Armed with our well-curated shortlist of properties, we get to work on researching their finer details, using:

Our expertise and experience, built upon years of investigating similar properties; and
Time spent on the ground, inspecting the properties to identify their potential strengths and risks.
The attention to detail that we engage in, combined with our industry knowledge, results in a pin-pointed result that suits your requirements and that will ultimately please you as a buyer.
NEGOTIATE
/03 NEGOTIATE: For over a century, real estate agents have existed as a profession, with the purpose of promoting the interests of property owners in selling their real estate. Importantly, whilst vendors have had these professional negotiators working on their behalf in the sale process, most buyers on the other end of the equation have tended to have no representation.
This lopsided equation leads to inequality of outcomes when it comes to price, terms and conditions and long-term outcomes. In short, failing to have a buyer’s agent can cost you tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars in poor negotiating or auction bidding strategy.
We assist you with the negotiation of everything from price (whether that involve our attendance at the auction or via private treaty sale) to terms and conditions. The goal: getting to that all important exchange of contracts.
SETTLEMENT
/04 SETTLEMENT: You’ve won the property, you’re elated. Then comes the realisation that the settlement process is a whole new beast to tackle!
We are here to ensure that this process is a relative breeze for you, as we work to achieve your ideal outcome. Firstly, we take care of the pre-settlement inspection with you.
Many buyers wouldn’t have the first idea (outside of google) on how to find the right solicitor or conveyancer. This is where our experience and connections can come into play to help find the right one, or work with your existing legal team to drive the entire process to completion.
POST SETTLEMENT
/05 POST SETTLEMENT: Congratulations on your property purchase. Whilst you celebrate, we are already thinking about how we can assist you in terms of:
Liaising with property/strata managers or your finance broker
Strategically planning the logical next step in your wealth creation strategy / property portfolio
